I guess this new system is pretty difficult to understand, but if u get it it's really easier to manage (for me...):
The main things u need to understand :
There is 1 leader : me
There is 12 Chief (1 for each class) who have a special rank.
There is the troops (actual reservist) which have different name for each class.
There is "on approval" member (no difference about them).

The only things you have to know is :
- If you are chief and u have a problem, tell it to your leader.
- If you have another rank and have a problem, tell it to your chief (same class but special rank). The chief manages his own class.

- As chief, you have some responsabilities. Read these responsabilities on the table. You don't have to know the responsabilities of other chiefs, so just focus on your own class.
