1. The Ranks System.

There is two type of ranks. "Static ranks" and "chosen ranks".
When a member has a "Static Rank", he can't change his own rank by himself. His rank will change if he fulfils some conditions.
When a member has a "chosen rank", that means he has right to change his own rank. He can decides which role he plays in guild.

Static Ranks

Leader / Meneur : I am the leader and I can't change it.
Treasurer / Trésorier : The member who manage the guild money.
Diplomat / Diplomate : The member who maintains relationship with other guilds.
Apprentice / Apprenti : The members under the level 50.
On approval / A l'essai : The new members of the guild. See below to know how much time a member stays On Approval.
Deserteur / Déserteur : The old members who left the guild and who came back are deserteur for a while. See below to know how much time a member stays Deserteur.
Servant / Larbin : The mules here to help the drops.
Nuisance / Boulet : The mules here to leech xp. (new character of an active member)
Merchant / Marchand : Merchant of the guild.

Chosen Ranks

Officer / Bras droit : A member who organizes events or hunts.
Secretary / Secrétaire : Members who plays role of Diplomat if he's not online and who reports to the leader any informations (about members or other guilds) they judge important.
Protector / Protecteur : Members specialized in perceptor's defense. They have the priority to defend them.
Reservist / Réserviste : Members who are level 50+. No specialization. They can defend Perceptor but they must wait to see if Protector defend it or not.

Manufacturer / Artisan : Members who have, at least, one job level 100 (crafting job) and who are searching customers.
Breeder / Eleveur : Members who breed mounts for the guild.
Recruiting Officer / Recruteur : Members who is searching new members valuable for the guild.

PvP Ranks

Guard / Gardien : Members who defend conquest areas or defend an ally aggressed.
Scout / Eclaireur : Aligned Members who are searching areas to conquer or opponents to hunt.
Spy / Espion : Aligned Members who have invisibility, or Neutral members who spy opponents behaviours.
Torturer / Bourreau : Members who attack conquest areas or aggress enemies.
Penitent / Pénitent : Aligned members who refused to aggress or defend people. Pacifist in fact.

2. The Rights System, XP given to the guild and level.

To get rights, members must give xp to the guild, get the required level or benefits from their leader's favor.

Special Right :
Manage the ranks :At level 50, members who are not On Approval or Deserteur get the right.
Bannish : Right given by the Leader only to very trustworthy members.
Manage the boosts :Only Leader.

0 xp given to the guild : No rights. Members are On Approval or Deserteur. They give 10% or more of their Xp to the guild.
2.000 xp given to the guild : Members under level 50 become Apprentice. Members level 50+ become Reservist. They give 5% or more of their Xp to the guild.
4.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Right Place a Perceptor
8.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Rights Recolt kamas, items and ressources from the perceptor
10.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Right Manage XP
16.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Right Invite New members
24.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Code of the 1st guild chest.
32.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Code of the 2nd guild chest.
40.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Code of the 3rd guild chest.
48.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Code of the 4th guild chest.
54.000 xp given to the guild : Get the Code of the 5th guild chest.

NOTA : Some rights can be given sooner if leader decides it.
