The Guild house and the safe

Seks doesn't have their guild house and their guild safe anymore.

We want buy a house at 2.500.000 kamas.

Here the list of member who gives a donation to the guild to buy it:

Tshy : 100.000 kamas
Axar : 300.000 kamas
Pohlka : 500.000 kamas
Hazelnut : 100.000 kamas

Only Leader, Treasurer, Officer and Keeper can have the password to access to the house and the safe.

Leader and Treasurer can manage the safe. They have rights to Npc items they judge useless to clean the safe.

If you have another rank, ask to members who have rights to check safe for you or put items inside.

Items inside safe is for guild and guild only, it's not for another random guy!
Items put by a member in safe are guild's private property and are not anymore to him exclusively.

We are actually thinking to buy a Guild House.

Pandala Tower House : 2 chests and 3 floors : 3.000.000 kamas.
+ : Bank close, shield factory close.
- : Fisrt price for house is expensive, no house with more than one chest (it seems).

Sufokia :
Sufokia House : 1 chest and 1 floor : 1.000.000 kamas.
Sufokia Large House : 1 chest and 2 floors : 2.000.000 kamas.
Sufokia LargeHouse(2) : 1 chest and 2 floors: 3.000.000 kamas.

+ : Quiet place.
- : Far from bank and factories (except fisherman and fishmonger), no house with more than one chest.

We opted for a 2.500.000 kamas house in pandala at (23, -40).

So now i ask u to tell me how much money u'll give us for the house.
500.000 kamas is a nice maximum, i don't really want you give more than your leader .
50.000 kamas is a nice minimum. If u can't give 50.000 kamas, just keep your money, that means u need this money for best things than a guild house.

There is two chests.
One locked, reserved to keepers, officers, treasurers and me.
The second reserved to everybody.

I give 500.000 kamas for this house.

Bonta is nice. Most of guild members is Bonta already, it's nice idea to ba aligned guild.

I try get 100kk at least to donate.

i can give around 150kk if my grazor and stuff sells i can give 300kk concider 150kk for now

first i'm ok to give 500kk for this house
but i want to tell u that my first cost in this game is the zap price (like all players except crafters i think) and a house in the middle of the world could be a good choice...
so maybe we should compare the zap prices before choosing our house...

i will give 1kamas.. LOL.. i am giving 100kk for the guild house.. ^^ location of the house, anywhere will be fine with me.. BUT.. i want our guild house to be beautify!!
